Responsibilities
- Identify and manage the component non conformity issues in the site and actions needed to protect the Valeo assembly lines.
- Responsible for conformity control of the components supplied to and into the production site.
- Target to achieve 100% capable yearly initial samples.
- Control the supplier Plan Do Check Act (PDCA) analysis speed and relevancy until the PDCA closure with perfect communication to the APU.
- Act as the link between Supplier Quality Engineer (SQA), Supplier representative and the Valeo production teams.
