Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming environment and needed services for guests
• Ensure security officers are on post, in proper uniform, and following post orders
• Enforce policies and protocols of United Security Services and those of our clients
• Intervene, when necessary, in resolving personnel problems and guide counseling of security staff
• Ensure the efficient, effective, and compliant operations of the designated site
• Perform a variety of security checks and follow post orders as directed by the establishment
• Handle scheduling, payroll, and recruitment duties
• Carry out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical, and professional manner in accordance with United Security Services and client requirements
• Other responsibilities may apply

Requirements

• PERC Card required
• Willingness to submit to a background check
• Some supervisory (or law enforcement/military) experience required
• Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours

Qualifications

• Security experience
• Ex-law enforcement or military service
