About the role

The site supervisor oversees the clinic and medical office team members to deliver high-quality clinical care for patients. They lead practices within a specific site, ensuring teams meet annual goals in productivity, quality, patient/co-worker experience, safety, and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality clinical care for patients

• Perform patient care duties

Requirements

• 40 hours per week - First Shift Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Associate degree or greater
• Valid RN or LPN license in the State of Indiana
• Medical Assistant Certificate or Certified Professional Coder
