Site Supervisor Newborn Hearing Screen Program

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accountability to ensure all eligible babies are screened.
  • Perform and document newborn hearing screenings in accordance with clinical protocols and hospital requirements, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Meet screening expectations set by Hearing Screen Manager.
  • Inform Hearing Screen Managers immediately of any hospital issues or missed babies.
  • Be the primary point of contact with parents and ensure scheduling of all follow-up outpatient appointments.

Qualifications

  • Industry: Entry Level Healthcare
  • Minimum Qualification/Education Level: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Current CPR Certification or must obtain upon offer.
  • Experience: Minimum two (2) years of experience as a manager or combination of training and experience
  • Prior experience with newborns and/or in a healthcare setting
  • One to two (1-2) years managing multiple sites (preferred)

Skills/Abilities

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to manage high stress in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer proficiency and ability to perform accurate data entry
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and national holidays required
  • Able to lift, carry, push/pull up to 50 lbs.

The pay for this position is $80,168.40 annually.
