Site Supervisor - Litchfield County

About the role

The Security Site Supervisor leads the security team and manages day-to-day security operations to protect the client's people, property, and assets, in line with Securitas policies and site instructions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise security officers and daily deployment (rosters, posts, breaks).
• Oversee core security tasks: access control, patrols, alarm response, monitoring, and incident handling.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety rules, fire and emergency procedures, and correct use of PPE.
• Conduct site inductions, support training, and coach officers on professional conduct and safe working.
• Act as main contact for the client, handle day-to-day issues, and support audits/inspections.
• Maintain accurate incident and activity reports and escalate issues when needed.

Requirements

• Experience in security, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and incident-handling skills.
• Able to work shifts and perform patrols; holds required local security licenses.
