Site Supervisor Lead Officer - Unarmed

Job Summary

The Site Supervisor is responsible for managing daily security operations, supervising security personnel, maintaining site compliance, and serving as the primary point of contact for client and security team communications.

Qualifications

• Prior law enforcement experience
• Military experience (non-commissioned officer or higher)
• Three (3) years of security management experience
• Associate's degree in Criminal Justice, Security, or a related field
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comprehend and follow written and verbal instructions
• Working knowledge of Windows and/or Mac computer systems
• Technical aptitude and ability to learn access control and security management systems
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor

Required Skills & Experience

• Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications (preferred)
• Certifications must be obtained within 30 days of assignment if not currently held

Additional Requirements

• Reliable transportation required for travel to remote locations as needed
• Must maintain valid driver's license, insurance, and meet applicable driving requirements
