Responsibilities
- Oversight of security function including staffing, scheduling, and on-site training
- Maintenance of contract-required training and screening elements
- Quality assurance of service and contract compliance through inspections
- Performance evaluations and disciplinary actions
- Productivity and cost reduction recommendations
- Physical security surveys and post orders
- Recommendations for disciplinary actions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of security-related experience
- Supervisory experience
- Willingness to comply with hospital vaccine requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to operate radio or telephone equipment
- At least 21 years of age
- Ability to restrain individuals in a hospital environment
