They oversee projects, various tasks, and supervise the day-to-day performance of cleaning staff to ensure the job is done according to Office Pride standards. Site supervisors act as motivators, leaders, and mentors. It’s a Site Supervisor’s duty to guide front line cleaners into understanding and maintaining the values of our growing company. Supervises: Front Line Employees Basic Function: Ensure that the cleaning specifications sold to the client are being fulfilled and that the work is being completed on-time and within budget (labor and chemicals). This is a KEY role within the company and offers opportunity for advancement upon demonstrated performance. Job Duties Oversee the cleaning of the facility (or facilities) assigned to you on a nightly/regular basisTrain and support new employeesConduct regular inspections of the facility and provide re-training to employees when necessaryEnsure facilities have working equipment and enough supplies to get the job done, report problems/shortages to the officeEnsure compliance of Office Pride policies and proceduresEnforce safety and security measures at all timesFollow-up on customer complaints (coordinate with the office)Perform other duties/tasks as assigned Requirements Able to communicate in EnglishMust be able to multi-task, be dependable, have excellent communication skills, and maintain a positive attitudeMust be able to maintain open communication with the leadership team, clients, and employeesMust have the ability to work independently and as part of a teamMust care about quality, be detailed oriented, and work at an efficient paceAble to lift 35 lbs and physically able to be on your feet during an entire shiftMust be able to pass a criminal background checkMust have valid driver's license and reliable transportationMUST BE OKAY WORKING IN A FACTORY ENVIRONMENT (USING PPE WHEN REQUIRED, EXPOSURE TO STRONG/UNPLEASANT ODORS) Job Details Located in Garner, IA20-25 hours per weekHours vary between 4PM to 10PM Monday-FridaySome weekends required Compensation: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services is one of the most respected full-service janitorial and commercial cleaning companies in the nation.
