About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction sites and managing teams in the commercial building and maintenance sector.
Responsibilities
- Oversee construction sites and manage teams
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Coordinate with contractors and clients to ensure project timelines are met
- Resolve issues and conflicts on-site
Requirements
- Sound knowledge of commercial building and maintenance
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Experience in the commercial / shopfitting sector is advantageous
Qualifications
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field
- Valid Work Health and Safety Certificate
