About the Role
The Site Supervisor provides oversight and management of all Team Housing Solutions (THS), support operations and personnel to ensure client objectives are effectively met. This position encompasses the coordination and management of all subcontracted services to support the client’s needs.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the successful delivery of products and services in a safe, timely, cost-effective manner.
- Maintain all records, including—but not limited to—Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and all financial, human resources, contractors, and cleaning documentation.
- Provide regular situation reports and updates to THS as necessary/requested.
- Maintain inventory of all THS property and vendor assets on site.
- Coordinate with THS leadership to track site population, capacity, and future requirements, and to address issues or questions related to activities or behavior of subcontracted personnel.
- Follow up with the client to ensure satisfactory resolution of issues.
- Conduct periodic inspections of THS spaces and services being provided.
- Maintain administrative record systems for all aspects of site finance, maintenance, Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE), personnel management, and service delivery.
- Prepare and maintain appropriate records, logs, correspondence, and file notes.
- Manage THS staff, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Promote positive employee relationships, retention, and professionalism through ongoing training, mentorship, and opportunities for professional development.
- Ensure client is provided service excellence.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with our clients, addressing their needs promptly and effectively.
- Assist with support for areas of expansion as needed.
- All other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Ability to obtain required security clearance
- Prior remote site experience preferred
- Minimum five years of experience in a management role
- Experience with facility management and operations
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, staff, vendors, public officials, etc.
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing demands on site
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in financial/budget management
- Preferred familiarity with OSHA, PREA, SAAPI and other facility safety requirements
- Familiar with operations, personnel management and inventory control
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office and MS Teams
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
This is a 5-month temporary position located on-site in Colorado City, TX.
