Site Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversight of all aspects of the security function on-site including staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for Allied Universal® personnel assigned to his/her site.
• Maintenance of contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel.
• Quality assurance of service and contract compliance through regular inspections of security personnel and their job performance.
• Performance of other operations and related functions such as payroll, review and maintenance of incident reports, assistance in preparing security surveys and post orders.
• Recommendations for personnel actions, productivity, and cost reduction.
• Physical security surveys and post orders recommendations.
• Disciplinary action/commendation decisions for security personnel.
• Response to client requests and emergency notifications.
• Direction and instruction to subordinates regarding their duties.
• Productivity and cost reduction recommendations to management.

Qualifications (must Have)

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• One or more years of supervisory experience in security-related industry.
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline.
• At least 18 years old, or higher if required by the state (21 years, if armed).
• Ability to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors.
• Demonstrated ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving and active listening abilities.
• Absorb and interpret data.
• Research, investigate, compile information.
• Mediate conflict with tact and diplomacy.
• Write informatively, clearly, and accurately.
• Teamwork and attention to detail.
