Site Superintendent

About the role

Trueline's client, an established Madison-based construction company expanding its commercial general contracting work, is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to run commercial renovation and new construction projects across Wisconsin, starting in Green Bay. You'll own the jobsite on a 24,000-square-foot commercial renovation for a national brand, with a second project lined up in Milwaukee and more planned with the same developer. For the right superintendent, that means a real path to a long-term role.

• Partner with the full-time project manager on permits, inspections, and owner requirements
• Make sure all work meets the national brand's standards
• Move on to upcoming projects in Milwaukee and the Madison area as the program grows
