Site Superintendent

Location: Canada-wide travel

About the role

A well-established General Contractor is looking to bring on an experienced Site Supervisor to support a steady pipeline of healthcare, institutional, and commercial renovation projects across Canada. This role is ideal for a hands-on Supervisor who is comfortable working in active, occupied environments and is open to travel for project-based assignments. You will work closely with the Project Manager and play a key role in delivering small to mid-sized projects in sensitive, operational facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
• Coordinate and supervise trades and site staff, maintaining productivity and quality standards
• Enforce health & safety protocols, including infection prevention and control procedures in active environments
• Conduct site orientations, safety meetings, and daily hazard assessments
• Manage material deliveries and site logistics in line with project progress
• Maintain strong communication with the Project Manager and project stakeholders
• Represent the company professionally in all client-facing interactions
• Support hands-on site activities as required

Requirements

• 5+ years of Site Supervisory experience in construction
• Experience working on healthcare, institutional, or occupied renovation projects is a strong asset
• Solid understanding of construction drawings, materials, and methods
• Strong knowledge of health & safety practices
• Familiarity with infection control standards is an asset
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Canada

Pay

$100K – $130K + package (depending on experience)
