Site Superintendent

We are seeking a Site Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day execution of construction projects from demolition through startup and occupancy. In this role, you'll manage onsite activities, support project delivery, coordinate with project teams and clients, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope. Reporting to the Regional Field Manager, you'll partner closely with Project Managers, Engineering, and Construction teams to drive successful project outcomes. What You'll Do Oversee onsite project execution from demolition through startup and occupancyAssist in developing and managing construction schedulesEnsure project work aligns with approved plans, specifications, and scopeSupport project teams during bidding and pre-construction activitiesMonitor project progress and help maintain schedule commitmentsPrepare and distribute project documentation, including meeting minutes, daily logs, schedules, and requests for proposalsBuild and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycleMaintain accurate project records, including addendums, modifications, and as-built documentationCoordinate with Project Management and Engineering teams during design, implementation, commissioning, and warranty phasesSupport successful project closeout and turnover activities What We're Looking For 10+ years of construction field experience as a Foreman, Supervisor, or similar leadership role preferredStrong understanding of construction methods, project execution, and contractor coordinationK-12 experience preferredExperience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office; Procore experience preferredStrong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skillsAbility to work effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams at all levelsValid driver's license and reliable transportation Location & Travel Based in Michigan with a hybrid work arrangementFrequent onsite presence required at active construction projectsUp to 75% travel required Working Environment Regular site visits are required throughout the workday.Work is performed in both office and construction site environments, including exposure to weather, noise, dust, and other typical jobsite conditions. Physical & Environmental Demands Requires sitting, standing, walking, computer use, and regular communication throughout the day.Must be able to navigate active construction sites, including occasional ladder climbing.Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds as needed.Requires close vision and the ability to adjust focus to perform essential job duties.
