Job Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the on-site construction team - Coordinate and oversee all site work - Work with the Project Manager - Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment - Maintain safety, cleanliness, and orderliness on-site - Ensure quality standards and project deadlines are met - Problem-solving and decision-making

Qualifications

- Experience as a Construction Superintendent - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - OSHA 10 required, OSHA 30 preferred
