About the role

The Project Controller is responsible for overseeing financial operations, budgeting, and financial reporting for projects. They must have strong analytical skills and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations for assigned projects
• Prepare and analyze financial reports
• Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to financial guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate cost estimates and projections

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction finance or accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• CPA certification preferred
• Experience with construction industry software and systems
