About the role

The Site Superintendent oversees construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, budget constraints, and project timelines. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, execution, and completion.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively to meet project goals.
• Communicate regularly with clients and team members to maintain project progress and address concerns.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
