Site Shift Supervisor, Residential Rehabilitation

About the role

Retail Rehabilitation Program (RRP) services are designed for individuals with serious mental illness who have difficulty maintaining housing. Our team helps individuals obtain housing, employment, mental health services, and more.

Responsibilities

• Ensure services to clients through effective interface with program components and external providers.
• Provide orientation and ongoing training, supervision, and evaluation of assigned staff.
• Coach for staff development including psychiatric rehabilitation skills, motivational techniques, and cognitive behavior techniques.
• Assume bottom-line responsibility for staff coverage of an assigned area.

Requirements

• This position is primarily Monday – Friday business hours, but you must have flexibility to adjust based on program needs including evening or weekends.
• Requires on-call availability.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED.
• A bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Two years of positively referenced experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Skills

• A strong understanding of community-based programs, behavioral health, and rehabilitation and recovery programs.

Pay

The pay for this position is a flat rate of $22.66/hr.

Schedule
