Site Service Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair conditioning equipment and supporting building assets.
• Document predictive, preventative, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Follow industry standards and best practices, regulatory codes, and work instructions.
• Perform regular inspections of plant, conditioning facility, and process safety systems.
• Conduct predictive and emergent maintenance or repairs.
• Determine cost-effective repair/resolution strategies to minimize downtime.
• Prepare status reports on plant conditions and complete work assignments.
• Manage inventory of parts, documentation, and perform purchasing tasks.
• Support other duties as required.

Physical Requirements

• Willingness to work over the normal schedule as necessary.
• Ability to work in climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled environments, including outdoors.
• Participation in 24/7 emergency repair and on-call support rotation.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move a minimum of 25 lbs and up to 100 lbs on a non-routine basis.
• Full range of motion in both hands and arms, including circular, vertical, lateral, and overhead movements.
• Ability to work at elevated heights and operate forklifts and man-lifts.
• Read, write, and speak English to ensure effective team communication.
• Ability to support Danbury operations on an infrequent and “as needed” basis.
