Job Summary
Job Title: Field Safety Supervisor
Department: Safety
Reports To: Safety Manager
FLSA: Exempt
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Works closely with staff in project management, human resources, legal, operations, and research and development.
- Provides technical safety and health support and information to field personnel and corporate personnel.
- Enforces safety and health programs and policies.
- Identifies company safety training needs and develops and coordinates safety training programs.
- Supports corporate/Project Management to implement engineering controls to minimize safety and occupational health hazards.
- Serves as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
Education And/Or Experience
Bachelor’s degree in safety science, engineering or equivalent or At least five years of previous experience in safety coordinator position or higher.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Construction or millwright experience- 3 years
Computer programing and general knowledge of all Microsoft Office Tools
Training in OSHA or NCCER topics a plus
NCCCO Rigging Certified a plus
Experience with Procore a plus
Overnight travel may be required
