Site Safety Leader (Project-Based Contract)

About the role

On-site position that plans, directs, and implements organizational safety programs to ensure a safe, healthy, and accident-free work environment. This includes compliance with site-specific and company safety programs, practices, and procedures as well as any federal, state, or local laws and OSHA rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee organizational safety programs.
• Ensure compliance with site-specific, company, federal, state, and local safety regulations, including OSHA rules.
• Conduct EHS training for employees.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of construction safety experience.
• Minimum OSHA 30-hour construction safety awareness course.
• Working knowledge of EHS regulations and hazard control methods.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct EHS training.
• Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant applications.

Qualifications

• Degree in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) preferred.
