About the role

As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining robust, resilient systems for the Intelligence Community. Your responsibilities will include building redundancy, implementing monitoring tools, and automating processes to reduce manual effort.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain resilient infrastructure
• Implement monitoring tools and automation scripts
• Reduce manual effort through scripting and automation
• Enhance security posture to protect national security

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Linux system engineering
• 2+ years of experience in software development with Java, Python, Rust, or GO
• Experience with HP
• Experience with Jenkins, Packer, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Nessus, Jira, or Confluence
• Knowledge of patching and hardening systems
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain a Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification within 6 months of start date

Qualifications

• Nice to have: Experience with cybersecurity concepts, RHEL administration, NIST 800-53 and NIST-190, Bachelor's degree

Pay

The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).

Schedule

Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in Booz Allen’s benefit programs. Individuals that do not meet the threshold are only eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits.
