Site Reliability Engineer II

Role Overview

Assist in building and supporting cloud infrastructure for insurance applications, focusing on provisioning, deployment, security, automation, troubleshooting, and collaboration with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement cloud infrastructure as code (primarily Azure)
• Support data storage systems and automate workflows for deployment
• Participate in troubleshooting, incident resolution, and documentation
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to understand requirements
• Apply best practices in CI/CD, automation, monitoring, and security
• Contribute to technical documentation for diverse audiences

Qualifications & Skills

• 1-3 years in DevOps, SRE, cloud engineering, or related roles
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
• Knowledge of networking, scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python), and infrastructure-as-code tools
• Understanding of version control, monitoring, and containerization concepts
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience/certifications
