Site Reliability Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Support production operations of mission-critical applications, ensuring availability, performance, and resiliency
- Perform full-stack triage of alerts and incidents using Dynatrace, partnering with engineering teams to identify root cause
- Define, track, and improve SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets with product owners and developers
- Design and maintain Dynatrace dashboards, metrics, and alerts to monitor end-to-end application health
- Continuously improve alert quality, signal-to-noise ratio, and observability posture
- Conduct resiliency, performance, and chaos testing, analyzing results using Dynatrace and supporting tools
- Analyze incidents and trends, applying automation to reduce recurrence and operational risk
- Document and communicate findings clearly to technical and business stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 8–10 years of IT experience with 6+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Performance Engineering
- Hands-on production experience with Dynatrace is required, including alerting, dashboards, and root-cause analysis
- Solid understanding of Java-based applications, middleware (Apache/Tomcat), and REST services
- Backend database experience (Oracle, SQL Server, Hadoop)
- Proficiency in Python, UNIX/Linux, Windows, and scripting
- Experience with CI/CD and IaC tools (Jenkins, Bitbucket, Artifactory, Terraform, Ansible)
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep experience applying SRE practices (observability, synthetic monitoring, automation)
- Knowledge of system, network, security, and database operations
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70.24 - $70.24/hr.
