Site Reliability Engineer- AI Enablement

For our client, we are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer- AI Enablement to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a healthcare environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 annually Responsibilities Enable AI workflow by training engineering teams on AI integration Evaluate AI system designs, providing actionable guidance on integration Guide the organization on AI governance and responsible use Support teams during AI project implementation phases Advise on reliability, observability, and operational readiness of AI systems Contribute to internal standards and reusable patterns for AI development Document AI architectures and governance guidance for organizational learning Qualifications 5-7 years in site reliability or platform engineering roles Proven experience with AI systems in production, including LLM API integration Hands-on knowledge of agentic or RAG frameworks like LangChain Strong understanding of observability and reliability principles Ability to evaluate AI architectures for governance alignment Experience in coaching and enabling engineering teams Familiarity with Azure or AWS cloud infrastructure Benefits Fully remote work environment Opportunities for continuous learning in the evolving AI landscape Collaboration with a diverse, interdisciplinary team Contribute to impactful AI governance and responsible use Engagement in cutting-edge AI and technology initiatives Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
