We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The description includes a summary and responsibilities. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections with real content. We have content: Job Description Summary (intro) could be About the role. Then Essential Responsibilities list. Then Required Qualifications (maybe Requirements). Desired Characteristics could be Skills. Benefits and Pay are present. Schedule not mentioned, so omit. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, drug screen, etc. Also remove relocation assistance? It's a benefit? It says Relocation Assistance Provided: Yes. Could include in Benefits? Might be considered benefit. But we can include in Benefits section. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent. So include details: pay range, bonus eligibility, benefits list, etc. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to decide sections: - About the role: prose from summary (first paragraph maybe). Could combine first two paragraphs? The summary includes responsibilities description. But we also have separate Essential Responsibilities list. So About the role could be the introductory paragraph(s) before Essential Responsibilities. Let's extract: "The Site Quality Manager is responsible for driving quality and operational excellence throughout the site and is accountable for ensuring the delivery of compliant products to customers while minimizing the cost of poor quality to the site and the business. This leader partners closely with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other functional leaders to establish and sustain processes that prevent defects, detect issues early, and drive effective corrective and preventive actions when issues occur. In all matters, the Site Quality Manager acts with speed, urgency, and ownership to build and sustain a culture of zero defects and continuous improvement. This role is also responsible for working with site leadership to ensure employees are properly trained to perform required work and are equipped with the processes, tools, and standard work necessary for success. In this role, you will use your experience and expertise to lead a team of Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Inspection, and Process Quality Engineering professionals. You will focus on early identification of quality risks, implementation of defect prevention measures, and promotion of effective quality control across the site." That's good for About the role. - Responsibilities: list from Essential Responsibilities bullet points. Need to capture each line. They are separated by line breaks. We'll make

    • each. List items: Champion Quality - Drive and implement effective quality culture into the organization (Zero Defect Framework) Own shop operation quality metrics and drive systematic analysis & improvement actions Implement effective Quality Management System Maintain / roll out procedures and update to operations Implement and lead process and quality improvement projects Work with engineering and operation to identify, analyze, and solve quality issues Help Inspection Supervisor in leading inspection team to meet safety, quality, production, and delivery metrics Develop and implement process controls for critical processes Deliver operational cost, sales, and margin budget and cash metrics Manage the structured OJT and skill certification scheme Drive root cause analysis for internal and external quality issues Lead quality risk assessment on operation processes to mitigate potential risks and identify required actions Train the Quality Team and site Operations on the proper use of quality tools and practices - Requirements: maybe Required Qualifications bullet list. They are three bullet points: Bachelor's degree..., Minimum of 5 years..., Minimum of 3 years... We'll put as list. - Qualifications? Could be Desired Characteristics as Skills? Actually we have Desired Characteristics list. Could treat as Skills. Or we could have Qualifications section for Required Qualifications and Skills for Desired Characteristics. The instruction says use headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map: - Requirements: maybe the mandatory qualifications (Required Qualifications) - Qualifications: maybe the desired qualifications? But they said Desired Characteristics. Could be Qualifications. - Skills: maybe the specific skills/experience like ISO 9001, root cause analysis, etc. But we can also put Desired Characteristics under Skills. Better: Requirements = Required Qualifications (mandatory). Qualifications = Desired Characteristics (preferred). Skills = maybe the specific technical skills list (like proficiency with Microsoft Office, experience with quality tools). But Desired Characteristics already includes many of those. Could split: Qualifications = Desired Characteristics (experience, knowledge). Skills = specific tools/proficiency. Let's parse Desired Characteristics list: Experience working within an ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. Demonstrated experience in root cause analysis, corrective action, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment. Experience interacting with customers, auditors, and/or regulatory organizations, with the ability to build credibility and trust. Strong knowledge of turbine, gas turbine, or rotating equipment manufacturing and quality processes. Proven track record of driving quality improvement in a manufacturing environment. Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels of the organization. Strong operational background with the ability to simplify complex issues and focus on critical priorities. Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and resolve issues that cross organizational boundaries. Strong mechanical aptitude and practical understanding of manufacturing processes. Experience in manufacturing quality, production, and/or engineering roles. Demonstrated ability to analyze data, use statistical methods, and drive decisions based on facts. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience with quality tools and methods such as FMEA, control plans, SPC, CAPA, 8D, and Lean is preferred. We could treat this as Skills (since many are skills). But we also have Requirements (mandatory). Qualifications maybe not needed. However we need to follow instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. We have content for Requirements (mandatory). For Qualifications we could put Desired Characteristics as Qualifications. For Skills we could maybe omit if we already used Qualifications for that. But we could still have Skills section for proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality tools. But that would duplicate content. Better to have Qualifications = Desired Characteristics (including experience, knowledge, leadership). Skills = specific tools (Microsoft Office, quality tools). However the Desired Characteristics list already includes those; splitting may cause duplication but we can split. Let's decide: - Requirements: Required Qualifications (3 items) - Qualifications: Desired Characteristics (excluding the proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality tools? Actually those are also desired characteristics). But we can keep all Desired Characteristics under Qualifications and omit Skills. That would satisfy having a Qualifications section with content. Skills section would be omitted (no content). That's okay. Thus we will have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay. We need to include Benefits and Pay sections. Benefits: list includes medical, dental, vision, prescription drug coverage; access to Health Coach; Employee Assistance Program; Retirement benefits (GE Vernova Retirement Savings Plan 401(k) with company matching, company retirement contributions, Fidelity resources); tuition assistance, adoption assistance, paid parental leave, disability benefits, life insurance, 12 paid holidays, permissive time off. Also relocation assistance? It says Relocation Assistance Provided: Yes. Could include as benefit. We'll make a
      • list. Pay: includes pay range $122,600.00 to $204,400.00; geographic differential 110%,120%,130%; bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus. Also mention posting expected to remain open at least seven days after Sep 18, 2026 (but that's not pay). We'll include pay range and bonus. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, drug screen, etc. Remove those. Now craft HTML. Structure:

        About the role

... (the summary paragraph(s) as one paragraph maybe multiple sentences). Could be multiple

but we can combine into one

We should not include Schedule section. Check for any leftover boilerplate: we removed EEO, drug screen, etc. Also removed "This posting is expected to remain open for at least seven days after it was posted on September 18, 2026." That's not pay/benefits; could be omitted as not required. It's not a section heading; we could include as a note but it's not required. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. That line is substantive? It's about posting duration. Might be considered metadata but not required to keep. However it's not boilerplate; it's specific info. Should we keep
