Responsibilities
- Aid the Operations Manager in hiring and overseeing the training of quality employees.
- Oversee personnel assigned to projects and provide project-specific training in quality procedures and methodology.
- Implement inspection procedures and documentation for each process performed by the work crews in the field, from start to finish of the project.
- Provide feedback to the Project Engineer, Construction Managers, and Project Managers to continually revise and update QA processes through lessons learned, project expenses, and input from field personnel.
- Work with the project team to develop project-specific protocols, SOPs, and construction processes to comply.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be able to climb wind turbines
- Must be available to travel 75%+
- Must be able to work in hot and cold weather conditions
- Must have 3+ years of quality management experience
