Site Quality Manager

Responsibilities

• Aid the Operations Manager in hiring and overseeing the training of quality employees.
• Oversee personnel assigned to projects and provide project-specific training in quality procedures and methodology.
• Implement inspection procedures and documentation for each process performed by the work crews in the field from start to finish of the project.
• Provide feedback to the Project Engineer, Construction Managers, and Project Managers to continually revise and update QA processes through lessons learned, project expenses, and input from field personnel.
• Work with the project team to develop project-specific protocols, SOPs, and construction processes to comply.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be able to climb wind turbines
• Must be available to travel 75%+
• Must be able to work in hot and cold weather conditions
• Must have 3+ years of quality management experience
