Role Overview
We are currently looking for a Site Head of Quality to join a leading organization in the pharmaceutical industry based in the US. This is an exciting opportunity for a Quality professional to take on a pivotal role overseeing the quality systems at a key manufacturing site, ensuring compliance with global standards and regulations.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide technical and quality oversight, supporting the VP of Quality Operations in making quality decisions.
- Ensure comprehensive GMP compliance, overseeing quality from material dispensing to final product dispatch.
- Guide and manage the microbiological and chemistry laboratories, ensuring adherence to global standards.
- Support plant management on new products, changes to products, and processes to maintain consistent quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and implement quality strategies to meet regulatory expectations across multiple regions.
Role Requirements
- A degree or higher level in Science, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven extensive experience in quality operations within the pharmaceutical, biologics, or medical devices sectors.
- Demonstrated experience managing quality systems and leading QA teams effectively.
