Site Project Manager

Overview

Nakupuna Consulting is seeking a Site Project Manager to support USMC installations across the West Coast. The role involves working with Nakupuna’s USMC Base Modernization project management team to deliver installation requirements on time, at cost, and to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Support site surveys and client engagements to identify and document current network infrastructure.
• Manage the installation, configuration, and information assurance of major network installations and convergences.
• Communicate with local stakeholders and represent Nakupuna Companies with clients and subcontractors.
• Work with the Engineering team to implement technical solutions for new and existing clients, manage customer expectations, and clear delivery hurdles.
• Maintain accurate project schedules, plans, communications plans, risk registers, and other project-related documentation.
• Understand networking technologies, topologies, and protocols, with a preference for knowledge of GPON.

• BS degree in a Technology or management-related field, with 7+ years of experience in managing telecommunications and IT projects, and 7+ years of experience delivering solutions to government clients.
• Experience working with DoD clients and MS Project.
• Professional level network industry certification (PMP) preferred.

Education and Experience

• BS degree in a Technology or management-related field.
• 7+ years of experience in managing telecommunications and IT projects.
• 7+ years of experience delivering solutions to government clients.
• Experience working with DoD clients.
• Experience working with MS Project.

Physical Requirements

• Occasionally lift and/or move parts up to 40lbs and occasionally lift and/or move parts up to 50lbs.
• Stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl for the majority of working hours.
• Occasionally bend, stretch, twist, or reach overhead when reaching out or moving items.
• Occasionally use arms, hands, and fingers to grasp, moving of items.

Compensation

The projected compensation range for this position is $95,000 to $125,000 (annualized USD). The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Nakupuna Companies' total compensation package for employees.
