Site Project Manager
About The Role

We’re looking for a driven and highly organized Site Project Manager to lead day-to-day execution across complex construction and mission-critical infrastructure projects. In this role, you’ll serve as the operational center point across field teams, subcontractors, technical groups, and project stakeholders to ensure work progresses safely, efficiently, and according to plan. You’ll maintain visibility into project readiness, production performance, risk management, and turnover objectives while helping teams navigate changing priorities without losing momentum. From planning and coordination through execution and closeout, you’ll play a critical role in keeping projects aligned, accountable, and moving forward.

Ensure decisions, action items, and coordination issues are documented and driven to closure to prevent delays impacting field execution
Support Turnover & Project Completion
Aid in developing and implementing recovery plans when production performance or schedule commitments are at risk
Remain actively engaged onsite with field teams, subcontractors, and leadership to ensure alignment between planning assumptions and execution realities.
Systems & Operations
Large-scale, schedule-driven infrastructure projects requiring precision execution and coordination.
Multi-Trade Construction Activities
Work package releases, staffing coordination, sequencing, and execution readiness activities.
Testing support, punch management, commissioning coordination, and closeout activities.
Daily workforce management, trade coordination, production tracking, and issue resolution.
What You Bring
6–10+ years of experience supporting construction, infrastructure, or mission-critical project environments
Demonstrated experience managing site execution and coordinating multiple trades on active construction projects
Background in electrical, low-voltage, MEP, general contracting, or related construction environments preferred
Experience supporting data center, hyperscale, critical infrastructure, or technically complex projects strongly preferred
Strong understanding of schedule-driven construction execution and field coordination
Ability to operate with urgency while maintaining structure, discipline, and control
Proven experience managing self-perform and subcontracted work scopes
Understanding of workforce planning, production sequencing, and trade coordination principles
Strong issue identification and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent communication skills with field teams, subcontractors, and leadership stakeholders
Ability to align operational priorities, technical requirements, staffing, and schedule objectives
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through discipline
Ability to maintain execution focus within changing or high-pressure environments
Demonstrated leadership presence and ability to drive accountability across multiple stakeholders
Resilience and adaptability within fast-paced, schedule-sensitive environments
Experience supporting turnover, commissioning, and project closeout activities preferred
Exposure to design-assist or design-build project delivery methods preferred
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management platforms (Smartsheet, Bluebeam, or similar)
OSHA 30 certification preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, or equivalent experience

Work Environment
This role operates primarily in active construction environments and requires frequent standing, walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Close visual attention is required when reviewing plans, specifications, documentation, and field conditions.
To support business operations and team collaboration, preference will be given to candidates based in Texas, North Carolina, New Jersey, Virginia, Illinois, South Carolina, or Louisiana.
