About the role
The Site Merchandise Coordinator operates in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where multitasking and precision are critical. This role balances day-to-day operational execution with a proactive mindset. You will own the integrity of product data and the end-to-end launch process while actively identifying opportunities to improve workflows. The ideal candidate is highly organized and solutions-oriented, capable of independently managing merchandising tasks and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure a best-in-class site experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of product launches and seasonal collections.
- Maintain the integrity of product data and ensure the accurate, timely execution of site updates across all categories and collections.
- Monitor site health and troubleshoot issues, escalating bugs as necessary.
- Independently manage day-to-day responsibilities within established merchandising workflows.
- Serve as a point of contact to support the customer service team in addressing product inquiries or site issues.
- Help support quality assurance (QA) of sales and promotional events to ensure all badging, pricing, and filters are accurate.
- Assist merchandisers with the implementation of site and product optimizations.
- Strive for operational excellence by utilizing data and customer insights to deliver a best-in-class experience.
- Demonstrate the ability to make timely decisions, anticipate problems, and propose creative solutions.
- Document workflows, best practices, and recurring site processes to enhance team efficiency.
- Partner with buying, creative, and marketing teams to ensure product copy, imagery, and video assets adhere to site guidelines and support broader storytelling initiatives.
- Support projects and responsibilities as dictated by evolving business needs.
Requirements
- 2+ years of eCommerce or merchandising experience with proven success managing large SKU counts.
- Analytical mindset; comfortable understanding performance data and customer insights to action site optimizations.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills are required; experience with Shopify and basic HTML/CSS are strong assets.
- Self-starter who takes initiative, demonstrates strong time management, and excels at organization and follow-through.
- Collaborative, team-oriented communicator who excels at building relationships across departments.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
