Position Overview

EOSOL Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager to support a utility-scale solar PV project located in Texas. This position is focused on project oversight, monitoring, auditing, reporting, and ensuring contractual compliance throughout construction activities.

Responsibilities

• Act as EOSOL's primary representative on-site.
• Monitor EPC contractor performance against contractual obligations.
• Observe and document construction progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Review daily, weekly, and monthly construction activities.
• Verify adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Identify potential project risks, delays, or quality concerns and communicate them to project stakeholders.
• Attend construction meetings and coordinate with EPC management teams.
• Prepare daily field reports, progress updates, and executive summaries.
• Review project documentation, schedules, RFIs, and technical submittals.
• Support project turnover, punch-list tracking, and close-out activities.
• Maintain effective communication between EOSOL, the client, and project stakeholders.

Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience as:
  • Site Manager
  • Construction Manager
  • Superintendent
  • Owner's Representative

Technical Skills

• Ability to read and interpret:
  • Engineering drawings
  • Technical specifications
  • Construction schedules
  • Project documentation
• Proficiency with:
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Reporting and project documentation tools

Legal Requirements

• Valid authorization to work in the United States.

Language Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Ability to prepare technical reports and communicate with project stakeholders.
