About the role

The Fitout Site Manager will oversee a wide range of responsibilities to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage the construction site, including sub-contractors, health and safety of personnel, and quality and workmanship of labour.
• Manage various sub-contractors such as steel erectors, builders, M&E individuals, fit-out personnel, and joiners.
• Work competently from the ground up on full-envelope commercial projects with Site Manager experience.
• Liaise with professionals including Designers, Engineers, and Architects.
• Design the construction programme to maximise efficiency and ensure completion in accordance with the schedule.
• Handle all document control as an integral part of project management.
• Oversee all Health and Safety policies and procedures.
• Deliver projects on time and to the highest specification.
• Implement cost-effective management strategies.

Requirements

• Experience as a lead Site Manager specifically.
• Good personnel management skills.
• Site Management Safety Pass.
• Detailed previous project list.
• Driving licence.

Schedule

This role may be based in the Republic of Ireland or the UK and may require weekend work from time to time. The position is available on a full-time, contract, or permanent basis.
