Site Manager-Fort Lewis

Responsibilities

• Provide day to day leadership and operational oversight for all W TRS site activities.
• Ensure contract compliance, adherence to performance standards, and timely execution of all deliverables.
• Supervise site personnel, including scheduling, performance management, coaching, and professional development.
• Cook with the FOCUS Center Manager and Field Operations Director to support surge requirements, rotational training events, and resource allocation.
• Manage site equipment, materials, and training resources to ensure availability and accountability.
• Maintain daily/weekly reporting, including operational updates, staffing status, training support metrics, and issue escalation.
• Serve as the primary on site point of contact for government counterparts, ensuring professional communication and responsive support.
• Conduct after action reviews, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective actions to improve site operations.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, safety standards, and security requirements.
• Support onboarding and training of new site personnel.
• Maintain a positive, mission focused work environment aligned with W TRS program objectives.

Qualifications

• Required Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or Associate degree/no degree with 14+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing operations for a staffed site or training support environment.
• Experience supervising personnel in a military or defense training context.
• Experience coordinating schedules, resources, and deliverables in a fast paced operational environment.
• Experience working with government customers and supporting contract requirements.
