Tsunami Express is seeking a Site Manager to lead a team focused on delivering a premium, seamless customer experience. With 75+ locations across the Midwest, Tsunami Express is committed to innovation, growth, and customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Drive performance by optimizing site operations using data, metrics, and technology
- Lead daily operations including opening/closing procedures, scheduling, staffing, and performance tracking
- Hire, train, and develop high-performing team members
- Grow revenue by increasing membership sales, retention, and overall site profitability
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve issues with a customer-first mindset
- Maintain a clean, safe, and fully operational site, including equipment upkeep and basic maintenance oversight
- Create a positive, accountable, and team-driven culture
Requirements
- A genuine smile and a strong, positive leadership presence
- Proven leadership, supervisor, or management experience
- Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with equipment and troubleshooting
- Reliable, dependable, and results-driven with a strong work ethic
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, operations-focused environment
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Prior car wash, retail, hospitality, or service industry experience (preferred but not required)
- A strong customer-first and team-first mindset
When You’ll Work
- Scheduling for Site Managers varies depending on business needs and site demands
- Shifts are generally 8–10 hours
- Schedule may include a mix of weekdays, evenings, and weekends
- On-call availability required to support operations as needed
- Full-time role, typically 45+ hours per week
