Central Bristol | Immediate Start | 2-Year Contract | £320-£340 per day
About the role
MadiganGill is currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee external works on a major construction project in Central Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity to join a long-term project with an immediate start and a contract duration of approximately 2 years.
Responsibilities
- Managing and coordinating external packages, including facades and cladding
- Overseeing subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard
- Ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to across the site
- Monitoring progress, quality, and programme delivery
- Working closely with the project team to ensure successful delivery of the external works package
Requirements
- Proven experience managing facades, cladding, and other external packages on large construction projects
- Experience with curtain walling and/or rainscreen cladding systems would be highly beneficial
- Valid SMSTS
- Valid First Aid at Work certificate
- Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC) certification would be beneficial but is not essential
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain programme targets
Pay
£320-£340 per day (depending on experience)
