Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct shift team members and vendors while ensuring maintenance service requests are completed efficiently with minimal disruption.
• Operate, control, and maintain HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and life safety systems to support a safe and comfortable environment.
• Respond to emergencies and alarms, complete facility inspections, and document conditions that may affect occupancy and operations.
• Support junior engineering staff, coordinate with stakeholders, and prepare operational reports, technical evaluations, and work order documentation.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Five or more years of relevant experience as a Senior HVAC Tech, Lead HVAC Tech, or in a similar role, including two or more years managing maintenance or engineering personnel.
• EPA Section 608 Universal certification and a Journeyman Refrigeration Technician's License / Massachusetts Refrigeration Technicians License.
• Experience using CMMS, BMS, and Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, fluid handling/pumping, fluid filtering, mechanical systems, welding, and electrical systems engineering and operation.
• Ability to work the stated on-site schedule, including 3rd shift, weekends, holidays, after-hours emergencies, and the physical demands listed in the job description.
