About the Role
The Site Location Manager is responsible for the overall performance, operational effectiveness, and workforce leadership of an assigned revenue recovery operation. This role ensures the achievement of client service, revenue, quality, productivity, and compliance objectives while fostering a positive and accountable work environment. The Site Location Manager partners with senior leadership, supervisors, and operational teams to drive business results, develop employees, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
This is an onsite position in Waco, TX, with a schedule of first shift, Monday - Friday, and a compensation range of $90,000 - $95,000.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily site operations to achieve client, revenue, quality, productivity, and compliance goals.
- Manage and develop supervisors and frontline employees through coaching, performance management, and leadership support.
- Monitor operational metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and reporting to identify trends and drive business results.
- Partner with Directors and Vice Presidents on workforce planning, operational strategy, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Foster a culture of accountability, employee engagement, continuous improvement, and professional development.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, client requirements, regulatory standards, and operational procedures.
- Address employee relations, attendance, and performance issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Support recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts.
- Oversee quality assurance activities and implement corrective action plans when performance expectations are not met.
- Review payroll records, maintain operational documentation, and coordinate support requests with internal partners.
Qualifications
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree with relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and meet the following requirements:
- Five (5) or more years of experience in healthcare, revenue cycle, financial services, call center operations, or a related field.
- Three (3) or more years of leadership experience managing supervisors and frontline teams.
- Strong communication, coaching, and performance management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze operational metrics and drive business results.
- Experience leading teams in a performance-driven environment focused on productivity, quality, and service objectives.
Preferred qualifications include experience in revenue recovery, healthcare revenue cycle, or collections operations, as well as experience managing large operational teams in a contact center or production-based environment.
Skills
Strong communication, coaching, and performance management skills are required, as well as the ability to analyze operational metrics and drive business results.
