Site Manager
What's the Job?
Lead and oversee daily facilities operations, ensuring high standards of service delivery. Delegate work orders to technicians and engineers, managing vendor compliance and performance. Conduct routine site inspections to maintain quality standards and monitor preventive maintenance programs. Collaborate with regional management to develop strategic plans for operations and maintenance. Manage third-party contractors and support bid and contract processes for maintenance and projects.
What's Needed?
- Minimum of five to eight years of Facilities Management experience.
- Strong technical background in industrial settings and familiarity with building systems.
- Experience managing facilities teams and 24/7 operations in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent client relationship management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with CMMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
