About the role
The selected candidate has the responsibility, authority, and accountability for leading the manufacturing activities. They will work with multiple programs, quality, cost/schedule objectives and factory accountability along with other duties.
Responsibilities
- Providing direction and coaching to technicians and other production personnel in the assembly and manufacturing areas.
- Ensures team members receive the required training and prepare the daily work plans in support of overall program objectives.
- Encourage and provide direction for career development of employees, including educational options for highly motivated employees.
- Provide leadership/direction to ensure all affordability initiatives and opportunities for process improvements are systematically identified, pursued, and supported.
Requirements
- Minimum of a High School Diploma/equivalent with 10 years of experience in an aerospace, automotive, military, manufacturing, maintenance and/or related environment.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership, supervisory and/or management role.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs.
- Must be available to work graveyard shift and some weekends shifts to support the technical team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Leadership experience in aerospace or a related industry
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

Pay
Primary Level Salary Range: $95,000.00 - $142,600.00
Schedule
Shift structure is Sunday through Wednesday, 7:30 PM to 6:00 AM. Thursdays are OT days as necessary.
