This is an exciting job opportunity for you as a Site Leader in Irving, TX, with Cooper Lighting Solutions, a business unit of Signify, the world leader in lighting.
Leads and mentors logistics team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives
Develops warehouse strategy based on global logistics vision and proposes improvements
Leads and supports logistics projects aligned with regional and global strategies
Manages warehouse operations to meet customer order expectations and requirements
Safeguards compliance with safety policies, security policies, custom regulations and quality standards

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field
- 5+ years’ experience in logistics management, including experience with warehouse operations and inventory management
- Certification in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution (CLTD) or similar is a plus
- Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office is a must
- Six Sigma/lean experience preferably in a distribution/warehouse environment
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs

$117,020 – $171,000 based on experience level
