About the role

Lead a team of developers to build innovative solutions for our clients. Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to deliver high-quality software products.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of developers to achieve project goals
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand client needs
• Develop and maintain software products that meet or exceed client expectations
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• At least 5 years of professional software development experience
• Experience leading a team of developers
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
• Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python)
