About the role

SWS Ventures LLC operates Tommy’s Express Car Washes in Lancaster, Berks, and Chester Counties in Pennsylvania. Locations: Parkesburg, PASinking Spring, PAEphrata, PAWillow Street, PA

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the overall operations of the business, including budgets, scheduling, car wash quality, Guest service and internal human resources.
• Maintain a strong teamwork environment.

Requirements

• Experience managing the performance of front-line staff.
• Experience leading teams to deliver a strong guest experience.
• Able to be on your feet for long periods and work around wash equipment.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience leading and developing teams in retail, food service, or hospitality.
• Experience leading teams to hit sales targets.
• Experience building schedules and managing labor hours.
• Experience handling light maintenance tasks.
