Site Leader
About the role
Accountable for the daily operations of a small site and acts as the go-to person for a small team by reporting and escalating facility-related issues to assigned leadership. Ensures acceptable profit levels and meets customer service expectations. Responsible for performing contracted office services including copy services, courier services, managed print services, hospitality, imaging, and mail services. Serves as the point person on site for customer issues and contract compliance when no Site Manager is assigned.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of a mail room, copy center, or scanning facility, including operating office equipment such as PCs, copiers, multifunction devices, imaging, and mail equipment.
- Manage courier services, reception services, switchboard operations, shipping and receiving, and mail processing and delivery.
- Act as a go-to person for a small team, assisting with job assignments, project scheduling, supervising break times, and escalating facility-related issues.
- Serve as the primary contact for customer issues and contract compliance.
- Train and develop assigned staff.
- Maintain daily formal contact with the customer.
- Implement and manage Ricoh Service Excellence programs.
- Analyze and resolve problems with minimal guidance, managing resolution effectively.
- Understand and track contractual Service Level Agreements, execute compliance measures, and report performance improvements to customer contacts.
- Assist leadership with recruiting, staffing, and performance management of site personnel.
- Maintain positive internal working relationships through professional communication.
- Provide training on workflow and machine operations as needed.
- Achieve shift profitability by supervising the use of company materials and supplies.
- Meet quality and deadline standards through effective job scheduling.
- Maintain efficient workflow by holding team members accountable for quality and efficiency.
- Facilitate resolution of pricing and order issues by interacting with the sales department.
- Complete site reports and other paperwork accurately and on time.
- Perform routine functions such as creating work orders, monitoring contractors, conducting inspections, and reporting facility issues.
- Interact with contracted vendors, facility management, and occupants.
- Manage office supply inventory re-ordering and conference room coordination, including A/V equipment resource management.
- Complete month-end management reports in the absence of the Site Manager.
- Assist with training and development of site personnel.
- Place requisitions for site products and supplies using Oracle's iProcurement application.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2+ years of experience in a related field (B2B and/or technical).
- Previous training experience strongly preferred.
- 2+ years of customer-facing work experience required.
- Demonstrated proficient knowledge and understanding of technology.

Working Conditions
Typically an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation, and a normal range of temperature and noise levels. Work assignments are diversified, requiring interpretation and application of complex material, data, and instructions.
- Mostly sedentary work with some physical effort required, including walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting, or carrying objects up to 50 lbs (e.g., papers, books, files, small parts).
- Moderate dexterity; regular use of basic skills such as calculator, keyboard, and hand tools, requiring eye/hand coordination.

$23.00 - $24.00 per hour
