Site Leader
for each section heading. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the exact phrasing? Probably we can keep the sentences as is, but we can break into list items.
We must not repeat job title as heading.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. There's none.
We must not include duplicated lines.
We need to output only HTML fragment.
Let's craft.
First, About the role: combine the paragraph after THE OPPORTUNITY and maybe the first line about full-time leadership-level role.
We can put:
About the role
British Swim School Cudahy is growing fast, and we need a leader ready to grow with it. This is a full-time, leadership-level role with a real seat at the table. You will run the site day to day, lead the staff who work there, and be a true partner in the growth of the business. This comes with real ownership: your own office, a voice in strategy, and a genuine stake in Cudahy's trajectory.
Now Responsibilities: combine RUNNING THE SITE, LEADING THE TEAM, GROWING CUDAHY, and What Success Looks Like.
We'll create a list.
RUNNING THE SITE items:
- Open and close the site each day: pool prep, equipment setup and teardown, and making sure the space is ready before the first lesson and secured after the last
- Oversee pool and facility maintenance, flagging and following up on any issues with the pool partner or vendors
- Ensure lifeguard and water watcher coverage on every shift, and step into that role personally as needed
- Own safety and security on site: daily safety checks, incident response, and making sure every layer of our safety culture is actually being lived, not just posted on a wall
- Be the go-to person on site for instructors, families, and the pool partner for day-to-day questions and issues
LEADING THE TEAM items:
- Build and manage the staff schedule, balancing coverage needs with instructors' lives
- Be the regular point of contact for instructors: texting, check-ins, and making sure they feel supported and cared for, not just scheduled
- Support hiring and recruiting for the Cudahy site, including sourcing candidates and helping run interviews
- Onboard new hires and lead ongoing training, keeping the team sharp and improving
- Set the tone on site: the culture, energy, and standards instructors are expected to bring to every lesson
GROWING CUDAHY items:
- Drive enrollment growth at the Cudahy site, working closely with leadership on the strategy to get there
- Support local marketing efforts: community outreach, events, and helping tell the Cudahy story
- Help identify and pursue local partnerships that expand access to lessons
- Bring ideas to the table on what is working, what is not, and where the opportunity is at this site
- Track and report on enrollment and growth trends so leadership always has an accurate read on Cudahy's trajectory
What Success Looks Like items:
- Enrollment growth at Cudahy against agreed targets
- Instructor retention and staff satisfaction on site
- Client retention and satisfaction at the Cudahy site
- Safety record: incident-free operation and consistent adherence to safety protocols
- Site operations running smoothly: on-time opens and closes, well-maintained facility, dependable coverage
We'll combine all into one maybe with headings inside? But spec says use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Could have multiple lists. We'll just make one big list; it's okay.
Now Qualifications: we have statements about experience with children, liking working with preschool/elementary-aged kids, good at making parents feel comfortable, helpful if you have experience with children or child-focused job but not required if you can show the right attitude, specialized training in our advanced and unique British Swim School approach. Also maybe leadership-level role. We'll capture.
We'll create list:
- Experience with children or in a child-focused job is helpful but not required if you can show the right attitude
- Preference for working with preschool and elementary-aged kids
- Ability to make parents feel comfortable
- Willingness to undergo specialized training in our advanced and unique British Swim School approach
- Leadership mindset suitable for a leadership-level role
We could also include "full-time" but that's schedule.
Now Benefits: list items from "What You Get" plus earlier benefits line.
What You Get items:
- A seat at the leadership table: you are part of the team shaping the business's trajectory, not just executing someone else's plan
- Your own office at the Cudahy site
- Direct input into strategy and decisions that affect the site's future
- The chance to help build and grow a program, including our adaptive and autism-focused offering, that genuinely changes lives
- A leadership role in a business with a strong, proven culture and a track record of growth
- Working at British Swim School is more than just a job; it’s a chance to create a lasting impact that could change a child's life
- As part of the British Swim School Team, you play a role in your local community, empowering others and sharing your passion
- It’s a chance to be part of a fun-loving team of dedicated people who are committed to promoting water safety and a lifelong love of the water
- While we teach swimming to people of all ages and abilities, most of our students are preschool and elementary-aged kids. Our instructors should like working with this age group and be good at making parents feel comfortable. (This seems more qualification; but it's in benefits paragraph; we might keep as benefit? It's more about instructors; but it's in the "What You Get" paragraph? Actually it's after that paragraph: "While we teach swimming...". That seems like a note about instructors; but it's still part of the description. Might be better to treat as qualification. We'll keep it in qualifications maybe.
Also earlier line: "Responsive recruiter Benefits Opportunity for advancementPaid time off401(k)Bonus based on performanceCompetitive salary". We'll parse that as benefits: Opportunity for advancement, Paid time off, 401(k), Bonus based on performance, Competitive salary. Also maybe "Responsive recruiter" is weird; ignore.
Thus benefits list:
- Opportunity for advancement
- Paid time off
- 401(k)
- Bonus based on performance
- Competitive salary
- A seat at the leadership table: you are part of the team shaping the business's trajectory, not just executing someone else's plan
- Your own office at the Cudahy site
- Direct input into strategy and decisions that affect the site's future
- The chance to help build and grow a program, including our adaptive and autism-focused offering, that genuinely changes lives

We might also include "specialized training in our advanced and unique British Swim School approach" as benefit? It's more like qualification/training provided. Could be benefit: they provide training. We'll add as benefit: "Specialized training in our advanced and unique British Swim School approach".
Now Pay: we have Competitive salary and Bonus based on performance. Also maybe "Competitive salary" already in benefits; but we need Pay section if posting actually states them. It does state competitive salary and bonus. We'll
