Site Lead - Enterprise Knowledge Management (EKM) with Security Clearance

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of enterprise knowledge management systems within the organization. This includes overseeing project timelines, managing resources, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and deployment of enterprise knowledge management systems
• Manage project timelines and resources
• Ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions that enhance knowledge sharing and retention
• Develop and maintain documentation related to knowledge management processes
• Conduct regular reviews and assessments of knowledge management systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in IT or related field
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with enterprise knowledge management tools and platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
• Security clearance is required for some positions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Professional certifications in relevant areas (e.g., Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)) are preferred

Pay

• $107,232 per year for the Site Lead position
• $111,989 per year for the Developer with Security Clearance position
• $116,441 per year for the Developer position
• $169,349 per year for the Program Manager with Security Clearance position
• $226,179 per year for the Program Manager position
