Site Enrollment and Engagement Lead - Registered Nurse

Role: The Site Enrollment and Engagement Lead is responsible for providing education on clinical trial inclusion/exclusion criteria, increasing patient enrollment, and developing tailored recruitment strategies. Responsibilities: Collaborates with CRAs and medical teams, works with physicians and support groups to build referral networks, delivers in-service presentations, and supports trial execution through community engagement and outreach activities. Qualifications & Skills: Requires a Bachelor's degree or nursing qualification with an active RN license, clinical research experience, community engagement background, and strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Experience in diversity and inclusion in trials, healthcare education, and ability to work independently with minimal oversight are preferred. Willingness to travel extensively is necessary. This full-time, field-based role aims to support trial participation, enhance engagement, and facilitate successful clinical research activities.
