The company, a top General Contractor with a strong reputation in Wisconsin and nationally, is expanding its construction team and seeking a Site Engineer to take on key responsibilities, secure work with current and new clients, and contribute to exciting construction projects.

Pay

Salary: $60,000 – $85,000 per year, dependent on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to travel up to 33% of the time.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to be onsite regularly and adapt to varying field conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
