Site EHS Manager III - HoH Fellowship Cohort 26-3, NA Ops
About the role
The U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation launched Hiring Our Heroes (HOH) in March 2011 to help veterans and transitioning service members find meaningful employment through grassroots engagement, such as hiring fairs and events. In 2015, a pilot Corporate Fellowship Program launched under the Department of Defense's SkillBridge job training program, connecting experienced military leaders with management-level corporate positions. The program was incorporated under HOH in 2017 to provide transitioning service members with management training and hands-on civilian workforce experience while expanding corporate America's understanding of the veteran job market. Amazon has been a sponsor since the program's inception in 2015, and the fellowship has expanded rapidly across the U.S., now serving the military community and businesses nationwide.
